Delete your data
For Bible Crossword: Daily Verse, Bible Word Search and Awesome Word Search, published by Agents of Tech (The Marketing Box).
Our games have no accounts. Your progress, hints and settings are stored only on your device. What we hold elsewhere is small, and you can ask us to delete all of it.
How to ask
- In Bible Crossword, open Settings and tap the Support ID at the bottom of the page. This copies it.
- Email support@agentsoftech.com with the subject Delete my data. Include the game's name, paste the Support ID, and add the email address you used if you ever sent us feedback.
We confirm by email and delete the data within 30 days. You don't need to give a reason.
What we delete
- Feedback and clue reports you sent from the app, including any email address you entered.
- Referral records linked to your Support ID (used to give hints for shared links).
- Game analytics linked to your Support ID, held by Unity Gaming Services on our behalf. We ask Unity to erase it.
What you can do yourself, straight away
- Uninstall the game to delete everything stored on your device: progress, hints, streaks and settings. This can't be undone.
- Advertising ID: ads are provided by Google AdMob, which uses your device's advertising ID. On Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads) to reset or delete it. On iPhone and iPad, our games don't use it for tracking. Google's own data handling is described at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
What we keep
Nothing that identifies you. We may keep totals that can't be traced to anyone (for example, how many puzzles were solved in a month).
